Returns

Made to order item sales are final.  We will replace or exchange any defective product.  Please contact us.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1801 Milby St., Houston, TX, US 77003

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  We reserve the right to refund item purchase less shipping cost.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Epoxy Varnish Handmade Sales Condition
We take pride in our products and are committed to providing the highest quality possible. We would like to remind you that due to the nature of our artistic knife varnish and the Epoxy cured products, and/or handmade aspects, there may be slight variations in the finish and color. 

While we strive to ensure that every product meets our strict quality control standards, please be aware that minor imperfections may occur as this is a hand made artisan product so each individual product will be unique in its finish.

Please note that our terms and conditions for returns and refunds do not cover variations in finish or color that are inherent to our artistic knife varnish. If you have any questions or concerns about the quality of your product, please do not hesitate to contact us.
