Shipping policy

What are shipping and turnaround times?

- All products except the hand-signed prints and custom 3D artwork ship within 3-5 business days.  During low production periods, and on pre produced artworks, shipping is within 2-3 days.  

** During the holiday rush turnaround times and shipping times are longer than expected.

- Hand signed prints need to be printed, then inspected and signed by EBJones and then we ship your print to our expert framer who mats and/ or frames your prints and ships them to you.  These are custom framed, hand signed prints, they are not an off the shelf item.  So that is why they take longer: 7-10 days turnaround time on the hand-signed matted & framed pieces only.  These all ship via UPS Ground.

- 3D Artwork can take up to 7 days to produce.  These are made to order hand crafted pieces.  Feel free to contact us if you need expedited production and we will let you know if it is possible.  If the piece is available and already produced, we will ship within 2-3 business days.
